What message can Californians send by coming together and organizing like this?

well what is so important is that all the californians seriously and we're actually recruiting we're asking people from even outside of california to come and to stand with nick shirley on wednesday um august 26 because we are taking a stand not just for nick shirley but we're taking a stand for our first amendment right our freedom of the press and for journalists all across California and America.

So this is a First Amendment issue, and we are just asking for thousands and thousands of people to join us because it's time to make a stand.

We cannot be silent anymore.

Talk about how unprecedented that effort was and how fast it came.

So basically what happened is Nick started exposing all of this fraud in Minnesota.

And I actually met Nick in an airport in Utah.

And so when I met Nick and his mom, Nick asked me, Sarah, is there any fraud in California? And I literally started laughing because I said, I can put you with all of the top freedom fighters in the state and I can help you plan a trip and we can expose it all.

microtoxins? What sort of microtoxins are you talking

about? I'm talking about microtoxins which are produced by mold.

They're biologically active chemicals that mold make to protect their own real estate, and they have effects in our body.

And some of those effects are harmful to our neurons.

Lots of them cause inflammation or shut down our detoxification system.

So they just wreak havoc on the human being and we can test for them and get rid of them.

This is an excellent test.

with our kids like you know good water bottles um you know all of the different exposures and we do what we can with starting as young as we can to get into I think it's more the small daily habits because when you when a client comes to you in their 70s have been doing this all of their life it's really hard to start reversing a lot of this like we can do some but yeah it's easier if we start earlier absolutely You mentioned the connection between a bit about the hormonal balance and Alzheimer's risk, but can we just revisit, are there any connections between specific hormone imbalances and Alzheimer's risks, especially in women? In women, estrogen is the main

hormone we have to talk about.

Lisa Moscone has done so much work in this area.

She really showed that without estrogen around, the brain's mitochondria, they're impaired.

and neurons cannot access glucose.

So while they can't access glucose, they turn to fat as their fuel source, but they take that fat from the adjacent cells, like from the myelin sheaths, these cells that are important for protecting neurons.

So they chomp them up to get the lipids from them, the fat, And then whatever debris is left over is mopped up by the glial cells, like the immune cells in the brain.

But yeah, looking at those levels and seeing how we can sort of cruise through the perimenopause into menopause with a bit more awareness and looking at managing, you know, like I said, the adaptability of going into menopause with the hormones and the big shifts there.

What do you think the deal is going to consist of that will be on the table then?

Well, yeah, I mean, it feels like we're back to square one before the MOU was signed with these strikes over the weekend.

So President Trump announced these talks yesterday.

And the White House said that Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff are headed to Doha.

So they're denying that there's plans to talk with U.S. officials, but they're acknowledging that Iranian officials are heading to Qatar to speak with Qatari officials.

When we're talking about this route or that route, is it really all about enforcing a toll scheme?

Talk about what that does at the grassroots level when in each of these races you now have a candidate, a campaign, volunteers, fundraising, and an ability to really take the argument to Democrats who've held power in this state for decades.

Well, you know what? It's just it's just so amazing to look at people like Spencer Pratt, you know, and to look at just some of these people that decided to run in this election because they were just so fed up with the system.

They're just so fed up with the crime and the homelessness.

And really what's happened is we have a grassroots movement as well that is happening across California and people are so excited about.

Like if I were to show you my phone right now, people have been blowing me up all day.

They're just so absolutely excited for November and everyone is ready to take action now.

They know that we have six months to save the state.
