Sarah, what are your thoughts?
41:57
I think when we first posed this question, I always like to think about this through the context of, I guess, the average citizen, if there is such a thing.
42:08
But, you know, someone who's working a nine to five, maybe they have a family, they're busy, whatever.
42:13
Like, how do you start now if you feel like you're not learning a lot about the world around you and it feels overwhelming to do so? especially considering, like we said, you know, we've got historians, former intelligence folks, and veterans on the podcast.
42:28
So maybe how do you do that if your background isn't in something that typically requires being aware of current events, thinking about history a lot, engaging in politics or whatever? And I think I said this in the beginning, but I really like the idea of micro habits that add up over the course of, you know, a year.
42:47
So if you were to listen to something for five to 10 minutes a day or read something for five to 10 minutes a day, it doesn't feel like a lot.
42:54
But over the course of your year, you will be more equipped with information and feel more empowered to probably learn more and maybe take that five to 10 minutes to 15 to 30.

But how can I how can I do this? Sarah, let's start with you.
