So when you say distilling, what are you referring to? 'Cause I know we're gonna be saying that a lot during the podcast.

No, that's great, and what's, and what's, you know, very exciting about that, so distilling really goes back to biblical times.

Um, because there was a way of trying to get, um, whether elixirs for health or to refine water, things of that nature.

So to get down, like, that great lavender aroma for a perfume like they do in southern Utah, they are using stills, kinda taking a slightly different approach, but really distilling down, um, using alcohol as a vehicle to, to move that aroma.

So it really is kind of bringing that, you know, that aroma, that, in, on my case, flavor and aroma, or, if it's just for aroma for, like, hand sanitizer, I'm sure everyone still remembers that, um, or for perfumes, things like that, you really are using alcohol as that vehicle and distilling it, which would mean, you know, essentially bringing it to a boil and then availing from that different flavors, aromas or tastes.
