It must be awful to let people go.

Yeah, I find that really hard and especially my team is amazing and I love them all and, you know, we are really good friends and I find it really hard when you do have to have those tough conversations.

I'm not someone that likes confrontation at all and there are times where I've got to put, you know, my business hat on and I do have a business partner so we sort of share the load with that and... you know, do it together.

But that said, for example, we're hiring at the moment and I'm the one that's going to have to call the people that haven't been successful.

And I hate doing that.

But, you know, I do do the hard things sometimes.

Was that one of your stated aims? Was that one of your presidential goals to create more activity and get lots of things happening?
