And was there anything that inspired you around six years ago to get you into that kind of headspace?

Sarah KnapikGUEST
I had two kids, and I call it my programmed life, like listening to outside conditioning and checking all the boxes and setting up this, what I, you know, thought would have been my perfect life, and I was deeply unfulfilled and unhappy and sad inside.

Sarah KnapikGUEST
My body was having chronic infections, and I was kind of shutting down, and I realized that I needed to leave my marriage and set myself on a path to finding myself and doing my own healing journey of realizing I was reacting from, you know, wound shift in childhood, um, keep-- and I kept creating the same scenarios and relationships and my relationship with money and my life.

Sarah KnapikGUEST
Um, I learned how to choose differently 'cause the present moment is all that exists, and we create whatever we are, so we have to learn how to show up in a new way in alignment with our heart and our desires to actually be able to create a reality that we really actually want that fulfills us.

How can people reach out to you? How can they start their own spiritual journey, and how do you do it with them?

But with that said, um, why would you suggest somebody take a course with me on, on this topic of 5-MeO integration?

Sarah KnapikGUEST
Yeah, what I've learned from working with you, and you know, I really came to being in my own deep energetic process, and not a lot of people can understand what happens when you work with 5-MeO on an energetic level in the body somatically over time.

Sarah KnapikGUEST
It's not just something pertained to the actual session, but it's something that can happen for many months to years afterwards.

Sarah KnapikGUEST
So coming to you from that perspective of someone who'd been in through that experience, you were able to help me understand, like, the actual energetic nuance of what was going on without spiritual language, without, like, mumbo jumbo, but, like, from a true energetic perspective of, like, when the body has energy stored and it needs to be moved, it's going to have to do and release in a way that it's going to have to do, and it's gonna have to take as long as it does.

Sarah KnapikGUEST
But I feel like you're able to offer language to experiences that don't have language, and that's really helpful for the mind to understand what happened in those 5-MeO experiences.

Sarah KnapikGUEST
And as a facilitator, when we do integration with our clients, they're looking for a deeper understanding of an experience that their brain has zero language for.

Sarah KnapikGUEST
And I feel like you bring in this, like, fundamental foundation of being able to offer them reflections so that their experience can ground into the body And not just stay as some fluff, you know, abstract experience in the mind, which is what will happen when we don't learn how to integrate the energetic massive expansion that we do experience, or even having to revisit trauma in that experience.

Martin BallHOST
Um, just anything you'd wanna share with people about how, how has that been for you to kind of move through these, these very different roles?
