And, um, yeah, I mean, I think, I think it is an uncomfortable truth that people don't love to see that a lot of reality TV is very exploitative and a lot of it is like bad for both the contestants and the viewers.

And it is like junk food in that way, where like it can still be very fun.

It can still, uh, you know, yeah, create representation in, in really beautiful ways.

It very much forces us to hold two truths at the same time.
