Danielle RyanHOST
So, Sarah, what about advice? you know, that we can give to women who want to enter into the field of business resilience? What would be some key advice that you would give to other women?

Sarah DanielGUEST
So, like, one, traditionally, business continuity and resilience has been very male-dominated.

Sarah DanielGUEST
You do get a lot of ex-police, ex-military kind of personnel coming in and emergency services.

Sarah DanielGUEST
But traditionally, I think we're really seeing a shift lately in a lot more women coming into these roles.

Sarah DanielGUEST
And I think the benefit of that is there's a whole range of different insights that women can bring into a crisis or business continuity type scenario where even just things like, and if I think back in my own experience, things like, well, what about the actual customer impact? What about the stories when you know, we don't get it right when things have gone wrong in customers and they're actually people at the end of these services that are using this and are reliant on this.
