But how, how do you, when you're writing about things and relaying information, um, w- how have you seen that, that writing impact the way that players who have sway, who, who buy coffee, who are, are decision-makers, have made decisions? Or how would you like that information to be received so that then there's this step of, "Hey, I'm culpable in the results of the industry, even if I'm just a little roaster in the Midwest," right? Uh, what, what's the downstream impact that you would hope that that information has on people?

N
11:45You've sort of touched on it a little bit, that there were ebbs and flows, but just maybe if you could go into that a little bit more.
