And Sarah, lastly, what's kind of surprised you the most?

I've been surprised by how my resilience has developed.

I mean, I had a placement on the emergency department, which is totally out of my comfort zone because I am very caring and I love being in the ward and I love looking after the patients and making them feel comfortable and everything like that.

So when I was in recess...

I was so scared initially, but the amount that I learned from that experience and how many different aspects there are to nursing, you know, it's such a myriad job role and, you know, being a nurse associate as well, you kind of feel like you've got that connection with the health carers and, you know, it It's an interesting role really in that way.

And I think that I've been surprised at how much I've just developed in confidence.

And my last placement was actually on my home ward, which has been the most challenging, which is where I work.

So where does that come about?
