So can you talk about how that shift happened and possibly how a union in your area may have been involved in that?

Oh, absolutely.

So I was recruited for a feminist movement called FEMEN.

And at the age of 18, I was sponsored and funded to go to Ukraine.

That was 2012.

And I went to Ukraine, there was over 40 other women from many other countries, including the USA there.

And we went under a a feminist liberal progressive boot camp where we were severely brainwashed and they taught us that now we weren't individuals anymore, but now we were soldiers of a revolution and we needed to do whatever it was necessary to create a better world, a safe world for minorities like women, black people, migrants, the LGBT community, whatever, whatever.

So what would you say to them?
