That's fundamentally different than even when we were passing the climate law a couple of years ago, right? So what I'll say on permitting reform is we look at this holistically.

And this is where being a group that also works at the state level is really important because I think in DC sometimes we lose the plot a little bit.

Permitting is an issue that is a local, a state, and a federal issue.

And so we are engaging constructively in these conversations.
