physical training and things like those but on one hand you were teaching kids on the other hand you started having paid training programs for adults and we have seen of late some very good successes in real long distance ultra distance running particularly let's discuss a little more on how did you get into then coaching people in the ultra distances particularly and then eventually we'll get to the recent results in the championship that we went through.

While I was training people for a fee and all of that was going on, I and Arun Bharadwaj probably were the first few who started doing ultras in India.

I think you will be aware of Arun Bharadwaj, a good friend of mine.

So this was back in 2007-2008 and I had done my first 24-hour run around that time frame.

Then I came to India, started doing 24-hour runs.

Our running community was growing, I was training people.

Nagraj Adiga sir and NEB Sports were getting into the Ultra space and they wanted to grow that and it was wonderful that they did.

How does a person plan something like this?
