I'm like, if the variation is this huge, we, the medical community, must do something about it.

All the clinicians, the surgeons that are publishing in peer-reviewed journals, I'm going to take a step back and I want to make sure that I'm not assuming and taking for granted that everybody in the audience understands the medical literature, right? What we publish in our medical literature is not like an article in a magazine.

That needs to be vetted and studied and researched.

And that can take months, if not years, right? Every single sentence needs to be accurate.

So why is it so important to remove the word failure from right from the care continuum? And what words are you advocating that we adopt?
