In particular, maybe what surprised you most about the shift in the role and the expectations around marketing and communications? And so Sangeeta, may I turn it to you first?
3:11
Yes, of course.
3:14
My career journey has been long and I started in pure brand management with Procter & Gamble, B2C marketing.
3:23
I continued that through American Express and JPMorgan Chase.
3:26
And then I made a switch to B2B and was the first CMO at Russell Reynolds and now I'm first CMO at Slalom Consulting.
3:35
And so it's been quite a path of seeing change over the years across everything we do.
3:43
So to answer your question, the thing that I wanted to first say is what has remained the same.

16:10
And I'm curious to hear from both of you, now that we've earned a seat at the table, how has it changed the way the functions operate or the skills that someone in your role and your teams need to bring to the table to speak about growth And what are those differences in the functions, operating model, and what you look for in your leadership team and in the next generation of talent? 6:24
It's so interesting.
6:26
We just talked about this even in the panel we just had.
6:28
Everyone is still experimenting and figuring how to do this in the most efficient and effective way, as are we.
6:35
But I think what you said is absolutely right.
6:39
The shortlist has been formed before they even click on anything.
6:43
And so the question really becomes, how do you get on the shortlist? And getting on the shortlist, it's all about being part of analysts, evaluations, building relationships, having thought leaders go out and speak so that people hear about you, understand you're an expert, and at least start putting you in the consideration set.
7:18
So has there been any work this week from other B2B brands that you admire or aspire to be like that you saw that was inspirational that you're maybe thinking about bringing back to the
