But can you go through what makes you tick? what gives you hope and allows you to find that strength to help others?
34:01
I think when you go through so much of pain and like, you know, I have gone through polio when I was two and then gone through so many challenges growing up in India as a girl, you know, everybody wanted a perfect girl, you know, then gone through abuse when I was growing older.
34:16
And it's about, you know, how people around us make us feel that there is always something wrong with you.
34:22
You're never enough, whether to somebody else's definition.
34:27
And I remember trying to fit in and wanted to be normal, wanted to be accepted by my peers, by my parents.
34:34
But that pain of not knowing that you're enough It's just very deep.
34:39
So I've gone through many challenges.

To be strong, to
20:30
So this is not a pretty story.
20:33
Oh, I'm like, again, so sorry for it.
20:36
I think luckily I found good health in the sense because I had good knowledge of spirituality and things like that.
20:45
What I what helped me really was me doing daily meditations and Reiki on myself, healing my heart and healing, you know, my children.
20:56
And but I think, again, my both boys and me, we are very different.
21:01
Both boys are very different from each other.
21:03
So whenever they were feeling down, I said, okay, you need, you know, therapy, you need talk therapy.

22:11
Thank you.
22:11
So yeah, Mahesh [laughs] is my dear husband.
22:15
Um, you know, we met in India in 1997, and it was like, you know, people I was, um ...
22:24
My parents were looking for boys for me for arranged marriage.
22:27
And of course, you know, when they, the boys were meeting me, they would like me, and as soon as I will share that I had polio, they would just like, "Oh my God," you know, it's like, we don't want to go there kind of thing.
22:38
Um, so me and Mahesh met, uh, by chance.

11 MINS LATER

33:36
