So you do it in so many forms and fashions, but specifically to this generation, what do you wish the people that don't spend time with them as much as you do, what do you wish they knew about this generation?

think that they really want to learn.

Because I have been coming back to ASU and speaking to classes from the day I got my first job.

So 30 kind of years.

And at that time, I can remember writing my email address on the board and saying, if you have any questions, if I can help you, call me.

And I would say over those kind of years, I did that with probably 300 students.

And I think I got three calls or three emails from that.

What does success look for you with a student, say, three years post-graduation?
