So in thinking about that, I think, you know, It's not necessarily an easy thing to think of female role models, which is difficult because it means we don't have enough.

And I think a lot of the people I've seen as role models aren't female because they probably because as men, they've had the opportunity to showcase those values and skills that I really admire.

So things like, you know, breaking boundaries, doing things differently, being out at the forefront, being entrepreneurs.
