Yeah, so Kaleidoscope is an idea in my head for about two years.

And we are now officially kind of celebrating our first full year of me doing it full time, as well as, like you said, with a team of 10.

So we've grown from zero to 10 in the first year.

And it's been really, really exciting.

And I think I've always... being a bit of an entrepreneur in organizations, whether it was government or corporate.

So being able to do this on my own, though daunting at first, was something I'm really, really enjoying.

And you could take your time structuring it, working with the big strategy consulting companies in the world.

And my whole ethos right now, and has always been the case, is that sustainability and green skills is for everyone.

And you shouldn't have access to something that's as powerful from a value creation standpoint and a positioning standpoint from just a consulting big price tag.

So is there a slight element in all the sustainability debate that companies can take it to a certain level, but external factors can end up frustrating them?
