So what's that experience kind of been like?

The world of primary care compared to working in a care home environment is different.

almost when you first joined for me felt like a completely different universe one of the things that i love about it is that it instigates so many why questions so for someone who can find curiosity out of anything.

It's brilliant.

And I think when you join health and social care, one of the fundamental things I assume most people start to learn is phlebotomy.

That is just like opening a can of worms of five million things that you could learn about.

And that's why I say every day is a school day, because it just takes You to have one appointment with a patient who, when you're gaining consent before taking their blood and you're going through the rationale for their blood test, making sure they know why they're invited in for a blood test and what test is being done.

So what was your story around that moment, that light bulb moment of, oh, okay, maybe I do need to look into this a bit more.
