Yeah, I'm not sure we have enough time, but I mean, first of all, I would begin by commending CMS.

I think that the proposed document is well-written.

I think it's data-driven.

I think it is objective, and I think it puts the patients first.

It is now incumbent upon us to figure out how to execute it, implement it, and protect the things that matter to us.

I don't think that there's anything inherently different about TAVR than PCI or than surgical aortic valve replacement that warrants that it be treated any differently.
