So how does your algorithm approach this problem without losing the nuance of human personality?

Samir RanjanGUEST
right so uh i'll i'll give you the genesis of the idea first because uh it's very important to understand uh most of the people who are in high school and who wants to get a college degree they're often confused in which major they want to pursue and let's say there are a few people who have understood like they got like to know about from their relatives that okay you should take xyz major and when they go in and actually pursue it they find it super hard end up either leaving the college or changing the major which every time cost thousands of dollars because universities are not cheap and they cost a lot of money and that basically put students into much bigger debt which they should not be so we started thinking me with along my other founders we started thinking Is there a way by which we can figure out who should do what kind of education? And then the concepts of mining started coming in.

Samir RanjanGUEST
Let's say every single person around the world has done XYZ degree and there were few who were really successful in it.

Samir RanjanGUEST
So let's look at what skills they had in terms of soft skill and personality and try to correlate it to the people who actually who have or who can improve in those.

Samir RanjanGUEST
and that's where this whole patent started to come in where the idea was we will give people behavioral economic based assessment where they'll do the assessment and on that assessment we can quantify what kind of soft skill they have and we quantify 84 soft skills so not the not just the normal 10 or 12 but 84 so we are able and we are trying to digitally duplicate a human in terms of soft skill and personality are we hundred percent there the answer is no because uh we have only comprehended brain like three or four percent so we don't even know there might be soft skills which people have which we can't even calculate like charm right we don't know what charm is right mathematically nobody can write what charm is But charming is a personality type.

Samir RanjanGUEST
We are trying to figure out personalities which can help people identify the career and the education.

And how does that pertain to the future of tech and then human potential that you hold? So what's the advice that you have? What do you see for the future of tech? What do you see in the next five years?
