Um, I see, like, you know, when you do a pilot, you do it in a very isolated environment.

When you start talking about volumes and, you know, the scale of operations, when you kind of like, you know, uh, put that to an enterprise scale, uh, you realize that, oh, your POC was not addressing that aspect.

Uh, you touched upon governance, talent, operating model, stakeholder alignment, right? What changes do you think need to happen to make this work at scale and, and how do you measure success? Uh, how do the different teams collaborate? What role does the GCC play in the orchestration across the enterprise?
