What's going on behind the scenes? What are you doing?
12:55
Yeah, so first off, we're tackling exactly what you're talking about, Jeffrey, is what we call the growth ceiling, which is really outcome driven, right? So in the past, as you grow your company and your organization, you have to continue to throw more humans at it, which is harder and harder to do as you grow.
13:13
We believe, through what I'm going to share here, if you do this right, you can grow, but have a team of AI coworkers collaborating with you.
13:22
Our organization, just so you know, we're about 15 humans and 100 plus AI coworkers.
13:26
We can dig into that once I get through what this really means, Jeffrey, and answer your question here.
13:31
But what it starts with is data.
13:33
Data is the most important piece.

16 MINS LATER

30:04
Why don't you walk us through that to give us an example of what this could look like, and whether it's a wealth manager, and you happen to be a wealth manager, and we have a number of those in Deep Wealth Nation, or you're maybe just starting out in a company of two or three, for illustrative purposes, what does that look like with subatomic behind the scenes in the wealth manager example?
9:50
Yeah.
9:50
How did we go from, you know, how did we go from asking for new fields in our CRM system taking three months to now not having a user interface? [laughs] Like, that's a bi- or not having something that takes that long, right? Um, and, and this is, you know, this is a trend and really, like, the north star that we've been looking at since day one when we started Subatomic three years ago is you'll see behind me here, AI Your Way.
10:20
I got it right with the left hand.
10:22
We, we believe that, like, you should be able to work with AI however you want.
10:28
So that means, like, humans have been the middle man in software for the last 30-plus years, where you have all these different tools that you're using and you have to click around and have all these tabs open to get your job done.
10:42
Now with, with AI, if you think of it as, like, a chief of staff or a concierge, you should be able to work with AI however you want.
10:50
Whether it be voice and saying what you want done, whether it be, you know, Slack or Teams or email or text, um, or a user interface if that's how you prefer to work.
12:57
Yeah
5:55
When you say AI coworker, what does that actually look like in a normal workday for an advisor or ops team?
6:01
Yeah, so there's a, there's a couple ways you can think about this, right? So if you, if you hire, if you hire a new human-They're gonna do things when you ask them to do things, but over time, they're going to learn your preferences, and they're going to do things autonomously without you asking.
6:19
It's the same thing, uh, of how we should think about our AI coworkers.
6:23
So you have the ability to ask questions.
6:25
So think about what I said before of all your data is in one place, and it's aggregated and orchestrated.
6:32
We can ask any question that we want now, where we have these skill sets of AI coworkers that do anything from financial planning to meeting prep to tax advisory, to answer those questions with context.
6:44
The second thing that we can set up is different workflows or learning over time, where they may serve this information up for you without you asking.
8:53
How do you think the advisor role is gonna change as more operational and analytical work gets handled by AI?
