How did you get to the Permian Basin and then into the leadership role that you were in?

First of all, my family's been in the Permian Basin since the 50s.

My grandmother, grandfather met out here at Odessa College.

I don't think either of them spent much time there because my grandfather was drafted into the army and Went and did a stint a couple different places all over the world and then came back here to start his career and start his family in the oil and gas industry and more specifically in the oil field services industry.
