Sure.

But he, he knew that I liked bitter things.

Um, he is of Italian origin as well, and he had just got this product called Amaro Nonino in his shop, and so he, he bought me a bottle of that on a Sunday night, so, and I loved it.

I immediately fell in love with this product.

And so I wanted to do an equal parts, uh, sour with the Amaro Nonino.

So I, I already pretty much had the format, like, lined up in my head.

I had three-quarter, uh, citrus, which I was leaning towards lemon, um, three-quarter Amaro Nonino.

Um, less of an organic process, you said?

For in Christ, all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form, and you have been given fullness in Christ, who is the head over every power and authority.

She was here this morning with our three kids, and it's great to be here with you.

Um, I send greetings as well from our church in Cork, which is Carrigaline Baptist Church, and it's wonderful to know our fellowship and the Gospel together.

And this was like a seven, eight year old business at the time.

Right.Yeah, and so- yeah, so like just to benchmark like our- our partner, Chatham, you know, when he was early in his career, he actually did an analysis on Avalara.

You know, they were started in 2006, I think, Avalara.

And so they were just going public or something, and he's like, "Wow, this business should be amazing." You check back 10 years later, and it's just being operated really poorly.

That's why they had a- you know, a hos- a private equity takeover because it wasn't- they weren't operating well.

Um, so I think he had- he had seen this category and was like waiting for there to be someone to go and challenge.

Um, you know, we started fully e-commerce.
