I always, I always really feel for anyone who got a diagnosis in pregnancy because I feel like it must take the edge off being able to just relax and enjoy being pregnant.
10:20
Yeah, definitely.
10:21
You know, finding out I was pregnant was a surprise in the first place, so it was a, it was a lovely surprise 'cause I don't mind sharing I am, um, a mum in my 40s, and I did get pregnant in my 40s.
10:31
That was a lovely surprise.

So you go through that whole, oh, you wanna get to that first, through that first three months and just know that everything's okay.
10:39
And then you get to that scan, and it's like, oh gosh, no, it's... they're saying it's not okay.
10:43
So that was really, really disheartening because you're just thinking of the size of a fetus, which we still don't really know the size of a fetus at that age, and you're just thinking, "How do you know there's a hole in that tiny, tiny little living organism's heart?" It's just like I didn't wanna believe it, so I kind of, I kinda was in denial for a bit.
