Do you know any of your metrics on where you were at before the program and where you're at now?

60 time, I was probably...

Probably closer to like a 7.4, 7.5. Exit velocity from the right side, I topped out at 1.05. And from the left side, 96.

I'm not quite sure about arm velocity.

That's harder for me to get recorded.

But yeah, nothing like 2.2 great.

But now, I think my 60 time is consistent at 7.2. My exit velocity, I just hit 1.09. And then lefty, I hit 98.

But I guess also just out of curiosity on the mental side, did you feel throughout the course of the program, you know, any shifts in maybe confidence or your mental game?
