Sam, for someone who has a little bit more experience and a bit more in-depth into the business, how have some of those conversations and that played back for you on farm and for what you see for the sheep and beef sector after visiting some of those higher, larger businesses, I suppose, that you come back down to a smaller farm and back to, I suppose, grassroot level?

Yeah, I think the principles are exactly the same.

And that's why it was so great to have a model to work to and then analyse.

Whether you're a multi-billion dollar company or you're just a mum and dad shooting a beef farm, the principles are the same.

And like Tessa touched on again, I'll just write it down here, where do we spend our time? We can spend a lot of time chasing stuff that's actually...

not relevant to what we're trying to do and waste a whole heap of time and not be efficient of what we're actually trying to do.

So I think you identify where you want to be, whether it's a value add or whether you want to just want to compete in the commodity space, which we've historically done.
