I got this job at a company through like the grad scheme so just right after uni and the year after they said can you help interview the next lot of graduates to see if they are a good fit for the company and the way the day worked you get all the graduates in and they show up in the morning they do like a technical interview so you like ask them like really specific programming questions get them to do some programming Then there's a lunch break and then there's like a more like general getting to know you interview.
