so what would you what advice would you give to organizations in terms of their um early careers attraction strategy um you see lots of it you're seeing it every day yeah you're in the market is there any advice you give to them things maybe things they should improve or or things they should think about
33:13
Yeah, there's definitely a few.
33:15
So I think, I mean, one piece is around volume.
33:20
Almost every employer, pretty much every employer that we partner with, their application volume has gone through the roof with AI.
33:27
So it's how do you find the needles in the haystack, the sort of gems in there.
33:32
So part of the way that our philosophy would approach that is put a little bit more friction ahead of the application process.
33:39
So if you, instead of a student being able to just click the apply button and apply to 100 companies using AI, if they had to do an hour experience as a day in the life in that role before they could click apply, how much higher would that intent, that understanding be? So that's sort of, I guess, a fairly simple use case for it.
38:10
So getting into kind of one of the more final questions, what advice would you give to, I guess, basically the UK kind of career advice about the things, you know, the things we should think about, things that we talked about a lot today, but things that you, you know, tangible things that, you know, we should... we should as whether we're UK PLC or whatever in terms of things we should do and whether you're in the education system around what are the things we should be thinking about?
