What's next?

Team culture, having the right people within your team.

That is probably learnt slowly, unfortunately, that having the wrong people within your team can be detrimental to various different levels, but there's obviously personalities and everyone's got their own, that's fine.

But if there's clashes, you need to figure that out pretty quickly and what the, there's anything we can do to help.

But then there's also just communication styles, general work ethic, there's variations of, different issues that can arise with having teams and managing people.

But to have the right people is paramount to getting the job done properly and then doing everything moving forward together rather than having some people on their own sort of little agenda or, you know, they get through the day at their own pace because that's what they want to do.

And they, yeah, it just doesn't work well.
