Kind of fill us in a little bit with how things have gone from that perspective.

For us, we start working out in the weight room in the wintertime, and that carries through the spring.

We do a lot of agilities and things like that in the spring and early summer.

And then things for us really ramp up in July with our strength and conditioning program and camps and stuff like that.

We didn't do a traditional scrimmage in week one.

We had Toledo Scott come out to Memorial Stadium, and we had a practice with him, which was really nice because you could kind of slow things down and teach, you know, work on things like fundamentals and technique and stuff like that.

So, uh, so far things have gone very good for us.
