Well, it's lasted the test of time though, hasn't it?

Yeah.

It's 10 years.

It's been through COVID, it's pivoted to changed into a shop, into a takeaway, to do at home meals, into a full taster menu restaurant, back to a cafe, into a restaurant again.

It's been every amalgamation of what it can be, but it's, it's amazing.

It's the coolest places 'cause it's really what, like this is what we can do and this is what we love to do.

And then we've just b- found the people that can do that for us, and Mark and Dave, the team there have been there for five years, which you don't really see in, in a restaurant.
