... 'cause I think that's a part of processing it.

But I think in the moment, to kind of go like, "I don't know why I was given this, and I, but maybe it's a part of, like, this journey or this sequence." Um, and I think that injury really helped me.

I don't think I would be doing what I do now, and have done what I've done post that race, um, if I didn't have this kind of like epiphany moment of like, no, like, you've gotta, if you're in something hard, you've gotta let yourself adapt to the load, to the heat.

You've gotta stop, listen, ask more questions, sh- you know, verbalize less, um-

But also, like, I think inclusivity is not also just kind of catering for those who are, you know, newer and at the back.
