There's not that big of a gap to get somebody something exactly like what they want.

Would you agree? Yeah.

Yeah, I think, and that's always the struggle, right? Especially with wages and everything increasing and all that, you know, people are like, well, this, I remember when I, I have a good friend, he's 70, just 73.

And he has a shed in his backyard and he will tell me constantly.

I remember when I bought the shed for $1,200 or whatever it was, you know, and I couldn't, and it's like a 12 by 24 shed.

And I'm like, Hey, couldn't touch one.

They were built differently to, you know, everything was a little bit different.

You know,

I'm from Illinois, so I just assume in Montana there's less government, so educate

me.

I mean, we have an influx of people from other states that I think over the years have helped create more government.

I think some people have moved here to escape what they had and some people have moved here and then just brought what they had and I forgot what they came to escape.

So we definitely have counties and areas that are very highly regulated, but we're even seeing them start to step back.

Our local county and the city just stepped back on ADUs and they made it to where it's a lot easier for you to put an ADU in because it is such a, for such a big area I'm moving in.
