What is it like to be on the inside of that industry as the person the tools are supposedly for?

So, um, I, uh, was an advocate, uh, for, uh, Florio a couple years ago for about three or four years.

And, um, uh, being affiliated with them was, uh, was a very, very interesting educational experience in terms of learning about the possibilities of virtual reality technology, technology-assisted learning, and how that might play into, um, a skill-building approach that is neuro-affirming.

I'm all good with skills development for autistic individuals as long as it is done in a neurodiversity-affirming fashion.

And I came aboard with Florio, uh, with that belief that, um, that it would materialize into exactly that.

And as it turns out, it's, it seems to me as an autistic individual that that, um, approach to skill building is in fact materializing.

Um, it's a young company, and it's come a long, long way.

Um, if you could say one thing to every autistic person just based on y- your advocacy, um, your work at Florio, um, Helping Autistics, what would it be?
