You know what? It's honestly, I think so much of it is the mental state anyway.

So whether or not it's like a true... medical emergency or it's just like not what you expected it's like so many people go into birth having no fucking clue what you're in for and then exactly you you don't know like so do you know how many how often like like someone's baby you know like is a little bit jaundiced put them under a lamp there's not a good enough communication about that very normal thing but as like a postpartum mom you're fucking freaking out or like so many babies need a what's it called a respiratory therapist as soon as they're born also not a big deal but like again as the mom like they're whisked away they're you know getting shit sucked out of their lungs normal shit but you're already in this like obviously extremely vulnerable situation and heightened and and I think the biggest thing is like not knowing enough going into it which I don't I'm kind of torn on this because like I didn't have a birth plan.

I'm also not a doctor.

I trust doctors.

So a little bit more awareness would have been good for me going into it as it would be for a lot of moms.

But I think ultimately since none of us are doctors and we're going through a procedure like that, it ends up being scary because ultimately things happen we don't understand.
