Would love to maybe spend some time starting with a bit of a reflection in terms of where we are now and, uh, the new, the new role.
1:18
Yes.
1:18
It's, uh, it's been a whirlwind summer for me, um, and for, for C21 in general.
1:25
Uh, we closed the deal last week, so, uh, it's official.
1:28
We are Silver State Relief and, and C21 are part of Vireo now.
1:33
Um, I've been on, I've been onboarding over the summer, um, so it was kind of juggling both.
1:39
Um, but you know, we had a very successful shareholder vote.
5:44
Mm-hmm
8:58
Sam, on to you.
9:00
Yeah.
9:00
Well, I mean, the, the proof is in the pudding on, on this type of aggressive roll-up strategy, right? And so if you look at some of our Q2 numbers that we reported, 7% same store sales growth.
9:13
Just to clarify on that number, because there, there has been some confusion on it, um, that is, you know, Tyson had, had referenced it as a proxy in the, in the earnings call, but really in essence, it's what the asset was before it was consolidated on a year-over-year comp basis.
9:29
So this is 7% organic growth in these assets.
9:34
Now, if you, if you drill down at some state levels, Tyson mentioned, uh, Nevada.
9:38
Deep Roots in Nevada did 14%, uh, growth year over year.

Why was taking paper, in this case stock, from, uh, Virio Growth, why was that the right acquirer?
