Is that something that you've found has sort of stuck out to you during your time at PPS? Is the networking always been important?

Yeah.

So when I was training to become a chartered accountant, became a chartered accountant, and then we started to look at the potential of me becoming a partner at some point in the future.

So I started going on some sort of management training, leadership training courses.

And as part of that, they talked about networking on this course that I was going to.

So I went and joined a local networking group, which was actually female only and just instantly loved it.

And so I've tried to keep my networking going ever since then.

What sort of things are you seeing?
