And could you kind of walk us through some of those obstacles you had to jump through to achieve this and kind of how it's benefited your campus since? I know, Savannah, you were still at University of Wisconsin at that time, so you may not be, um, as aware, but kind of maybe also, like, how that's changed since then.

Uh, I can talk to the history of that.

Um, I was not actually here when we started working on that, so we've been working on it for more than 15 years.

And I would say that our facilities management department were really leaders on this.

So we had some key individuals there back in, like, 2007, as far back as then, who, um, s- were trying to help, uh, understand how we could get more renewable power in Maryland.

So they began working with our state's Department of General Services for the entire state, and they initiated some large wind and solar contracts in our region.

Um, and we signed 20-year power purchase agreements with them.

But, um- What are some other steps maybe that you guys have taken to try and, uh, offset those?
