So do we know the story behind why some of these places have closed?

For some of them, you do kind of get a response.

For others, you don't.

Like, for example, the Whataburger Digital Kitchen, they didn't really tell us why that closed.

But it was kind of like a pilot program.

And basically, this was the first of its kind.

And I just... you know i'm not in the business of assuming but i want to say that the concept just didn't quite work out the way that the business would have hoped to otherwise they would have kept it going or expanded it um and then for punchable socials the broker on that deal told me that um they just weren't doing the enough sales for it and i looked at alcohol sales and they were going down you know that's a big factor in in some of these businesses especially that punchable offers a lot of alcohol And then for Nightcap, the business owner has been doing this as a solo owner for 15 years or so.
