What are some things that you can take off of your plate, especially if you're a solo doc that's like, "Man, I need a new doctor tomorrow," um, but you don't have it coming to you? What could you maybe hire a CA for or delegate some things to your CA team to help your practice?

I think you brought up a good point with scanning for sure.

Um, right whenever I came into the practice, they were just, uh, maybe, maybe not even two years into practice, and so they thankfully had hired a scan tech, and she was really well trained, and then she ended up going to chiropractic school later, which was awesome.

Um, but she was so passionate, and she was so able to communicate with these patients.

And also, um, she, she really took a lot of that, I think, emotional load from the docs because they weren't sitting there in the scan room feeling like they had to answer all these questions and do the scan and, you know, a lot at once.

So I think that was probably the biggest step they took first.

And then, of course, a new space.

I'm used to, you know, doing the time-off requests and filling the shifts and leading the meetings." How, how, how do you navigate that? 'Cause I know you've done that so well with your team, Sadie.
