OK, when I first heard this, I said, OK, that's a great idea.

As a woman in her 30s, I too am looking to make new friends.

But then I remembered as a kid, if I ever had a sleepover, we would have so much fun the day before.

So much fun.

And then we go to sleep and I'd wake up and I'd be like, you need to get out of my house.

I need to be on my own for 24 hours.

you know so I highly recommend just having a very quiet fight with your partner because it can lead to some good health benefits in the long term like not drinking coffee like not drinking coffee yeah so
