Why don't you explain a little bit about that?
9:33
Yeah.
9:33
So I, uh, I started this new thing called the balance audit, which basically I'll take, uh, different people through different, uh, at home, uh, assessments basically.
9:43
and we do like chair rotation tests where you're kind of like closing your eyes somebody else is going to rotate you and then you try to feel like and kind of tell when you feel like you've stopped rotating uh then i do something called rombergs which basically you'll take either like a couch cushion or a pillow you'll stand on that with your eyes closed in different uh head positions and then i'll also do a fukuda step test where you have your arms out in front of you and you just kind of march in place with your eyes closed and then I kind of see where you're traveling.
10:10
So I'm doing these assessments to figure out what areas are causing these different things.
10:15
And then we do exercises, then we retest those same tests and make sure that we're getting better.
10:19
So that's something that I always do is I always retest.
