So I just didn't quite get some of the long-term answers that I was looking for commitment-wise, and I just didn't wanna be hung out to dry at some point all of a sudden, the doors close and- I attempted to make some, you know, financial commitment or something moving forward to potentially purchase the company, and I didn't feel like I was getting anywhere with that.

So we go back to approximately August of last year, Eric and I had a meeting, and he threw the feeler out there to see if I was interested, and I said, "Yeah, potentially." And then he sa- I said, the last part of the discussion that, "Don't fill the position without having another discussion with me."
