But if you're trying to replicate that, like, over the course of time, like, how do you all go about doing that?

Yeah.

Residency has a sort of set of conditions that make it really good for connection.

So you're learning alongside a small group of peers for several years.

You're working through hard situations together.

You're sort of developing the trust to ask questions that you might hesitate to ask in a larger room.

And so I think residency fosters that, that sort of sense of belonging, connection.

So how are you thinking about APA's role in supporting those connections without trying to be the community itself?
