What's the biggest lie they're being told or sold about recruiting in today's day and age?

Yeah, I mean, I, I was on a podcast last week just talking about rankings and how inaccurate they are.

You know, if you look at Ronnie Flores did a study of the number one player in California over the last 25 years, and not one of those guys went on to play in the NBA.

So it just goes to show you that the kids in sixth, seventh, eighth grade, ninth grade, that are the most highly rated guys rarely go on to be successful beyond college or even in college and in the NBA.

And if you look at the NBA, if you look at Steph Curry, Dame Lillard, Paul George, Kawhi Leonard, the list goes on and on and on of NBA superstars.

Very few players are able to be successful at a young age a- and go on to play in the NBA.

And then I think the biggest lie is just that everyone's a Division I player.

Like, what do you tell families now with coaches looking less and less at high school players? Like, what tips do you give them on how to navigate now or maybe get seen?
