How do you do that kind of growth and maintain quality and consistency?
4:19
I think the short answer is people.
4:21
We are really thoughtful when we're entering a market.
4:25
We think a lot about, how do we make sure that the experience in the market where we haven't been really captures who we are and who we've always been? And one of the ways that we think about that is staffing.
4:38
So we're really planful when going into a new market about bringing some Bob's veterans, store managers who maybe have been with us for, for quite a while in an existing region, and they'll move down.
4:50
They'll relocate and help us open a new market like North Carolina, South Carolina.
4:55
And we like to get a, a good mix, 'cause we certainly wanna have people who are from the local market so we have that knowledge, but we think those Bob's folks who come from other places, they're just so steeped in what our value proposition is, that quality, style, everyday low prices, and incredible shopping experience, that they can really be sort of the culture carriers, if you will, as we go to some of these new locations.

"We don't open units, we develop markets." Explain that a little bit more.
