But, um, it's always interesting what dialogue comes up, and so we- it's, it's pretty frequent that something will, we'll post something, and I'll be like, "I did not think this was gonna be some like debatable topic." And then we always bring it in our classes, and we're like, "Hey, what do you guys think?" And so we have a, a conversation about it, which is great because it increases your perspective beyond Facebook perspective, which i- it is hard to often get full context sometimes.

But I posted, I had a new guy come over to my crew, and he was a VM tech, and so I was like, "Hey, man, can you just put together something for us? We got some new Paratech struts, uh, a whole new strut system." And so he put together like this great like, I don't know, he went out in our, our, um, vehicle storage building and just like put some lockers on the ground and like put a teddy bear that we re- like it was like this whole thing.

You know, he just came up with it in an hour, and, and we used all the Paratech stuff to lift it.

And, um, I posted something about, you know, empowering your people, that the captains, uh, or the officer shouldn't always be the one leading training.

And there were some people who were losing their mind over that, and they're like, "It is absolutely the officer's responsibility." And I'll just say from my time in the training division is the idea that one person is going to train an organization or a company is not grounded in any sort of science or experience.

It's just, uh, an old way of doing it that never evolved, and probably some ego, uh, built in there as well.
