Give us a little background of where you guys were before, what caused that requirement for change, and how that process happened.

So when I started it, I kind of got a front row seat through my career to this whole entire transformation from different lenses too, right? As an analyst feeling the pain, moving on into management, implementing change into my current role where we're tackling much bigger problems with, you know, modern architectures and how do we im-implement AI.

But I think it's a pretty common story when we talk to clients or talk to peers in the industry.

What we were dealing with was pretty typical.

And through all phases, I started when MDMs were relatively new.

They were, I'll say, a narrow use case even within IBM.
